Deborah's diverse experience includes 1031 Exchanges, luxury homes, commercial & investment properties. She also enjoys helping first time buyers as well as investors, since she herself owns and manages beach rentals and multi-residential properties. Deborah maintains a database of qualified buyers for beach properties from her years of vacation rental experience and selling beach homes to out-of-area clients.

Clint's "client first" practice places his client's goals at the forefront of every transaction. His aggressive marketing and negotiating profile assures clients receive optimum results from every transaction. Clint attended Southern Methodist University on a tennis scholarship and studied business at the Fincher School of Business. Clint's real estate career started in 1977 when he was recruited to be Director of Real Estate and Leasing for a national franchise company. After reconnecting at a 30 year high school reunion with one of Santa Cruz's top Real Estate Brokers, Clint moved to Santa Cruz to work with Deborah Hoyt.
